Detoxification is a natural mechanism in our body. Our body regularly and naturally eliminates toxins with the help of the endocrine system. These unwanted toxins are being eliminated in the form of stools, sweat and urine.

However, there are times that we acquire more toxins than the body can eliminate on its own. So, what happens is that these toxins are not eliminated, thus causes build ups in the body which in turn become the root of conditions like anxiety, stress and other related problems.

This drink can help you to detoxify your body naturally.  Besides cleaning the digestive system, consuming coconut water can help you to boost your immunity and is useful to keep your body well hydrated.. When it comes to foods that detox the body, water isn’t a food, but it the most important tool for de-toxing the body. It flushes out toxins and cleanses the body.
  2. Lemonade- lemonade has always been used by healthy cultures to give the body a fresh start. When it comes to speed, the lemonade diet can detox the body and restore a person’s health within 7-10 days. It also causes tremendous weight loss and has incredible health benefits.
  3. Garlic - Garlic is a powerful detox product that not only cleans the body from the inside, but also strengthens the immune system protecting you from illnesses. Garlic is also known to prevent blood clots and lower cholesterol
  4. Seeds and Nuts- Incorporate more of the easily digestible seeds and nuts into your diet.This include flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, Siberian cedar nuts and sunflower seeds. While detoxing, avoid nut butters.

  6. Cranberries- are another one of the foods that detox the body.
